Turning the Stones
A chain gang at work on the eroding earthbank (can't call it a cliff!) above the shingle on Weybourne beach. After yesterday's brilliant Spring day, a cloudier, windier day and a slightly shorter walk, first towards Kelling, then back over the heath and down to Weybourne, returning along the coast path and around Muckleburgh Hill (just under 11Km). Also saw several stonechats - the one in the extra was cheekily sitting on the barbed wire fence of the military museum.
Can't ignore the North Norfolk Railway, either - it wasn't supposed to be running, but, just after we crossed the line at Windpump, we heard a diesel approaching from Holt, so waited (second extra).
