Full Moon

Almost a month ago I blipped this little boy, Sean, a few days after his birth.
Today was his Full Moon celebration to mark his first month of life.
There was much food, from the usual cake and brownies and chips and dips to the unusual - chicken feet and died red eggs.
The expat community is really something, back in England most of our circle of friends were as British as we are. Here, united by the common language of English we have friends from Mexico, Singapore, France, Sweden, America as well as Britain and we delight in sharing our customs - next week is the 4th of July party, the Amis will be celebrating their independance while we joke about how lucky we were to get shot!
