Winter aconite

The winter aconite finally opened up today with some sunshine and warmer temperatures on them. In the extra, there is a lone crocus blooming.
I went for a drive this morning and stopped for a short walk on a section of the Trans Canada Trail. I could hear birds in the woods, but they were not coming out for photos. This afternoon has been a lazy afternoon. I didn't sleep well last night so I curled up on the couch this afternoon and napped. Tonight I am going to the Photo Society meeting.
