Coffee with a friend in part to collect a boxed key safe she had going spare (long story).

Then I called in to check on mum and dad.
 
Mum looked fine, dad less so but the carers are going in for welfare checks 4 times a day so that should be ok.
 
We have our social services appointment for Friday so hopefully things will move on.
