Blowing in the wind

You can't tell from this picture but the wind was howling out on the prairie today. My friend Kelli and I went up for a walk and we went further back where there aren't any trails so no people really go there. She like to bring her dog but doesn't like to run into other people and dogs with him. She always has him on a leash but others usually have their dogs loose and Wendell doesn't do well with other dogs.
Anyway, it wasn't too windy in town but once we got out there it was amazing. We had the wind at our backs for the walk out but walking into it coming back. It was probably blowing about 45 to 50 mph. Some times we could almost lean on the wind. But it wasn't really that cold. It's a great place out there.
I put Wendell in as an extra with his ears blowing backwards.
