Notes: Woke early but laid there for an hour. Did some organizing and cleanup in the extra bedroom, went to dumpster a couple times and everything thick w/ a layer of yellow pollen. And another hot humid day, had to run the AC quite a bit. Did a white load and had coffee, online for a bit. Marinated some salmon pieces (I froze when de-skinning filets for the salmon patties) and also cut 2 big stalks of broccoli to steam. Decided to do a meditation and was out pretty quickly. Shower and then prepared food, allergies affecting me all day even tho mostly inside and AC filtering. Tired early again.
