Katie decided last night that she was going to wear her uniform for nursery today. And so she did! she woke up quite early, got up and promptly reminded me what she had decided. She then said she just wanted clips in her hair, so we got sorted, did her hair and were about ready to go. When she decided she wanted two french plaits down the sides of her air (but was very careful to tell me that she didnt want three, just two please Mummy) Then she sat herself down at the window as we were really really about to leave - she likes to sit and eat breakfast with her friends at nursery, even if she's had a good breakfast at home, so we have to make sure she's there in time.

When I picked her up, they all looked absolutely filthy! In that fabulous "We have had a brilliant day" kind of way. Lesley said to me that they were playing in the mud area, digging and such. The next thing she knew they had "somehow sneaked out" two buckets full of water and the whole place became a swamp. Mud area closed!
