I was back at  the gym this afternoon and folk kept asking where I had been.  It's my first visit since before Christmas. "What happened to your New Year resolution ?" said one regular.
Well...er...it went the way of most of my other New Year resolutions.
"New regime," I said, " starting today."

Bad news: deer are back in the  garden, even munching  on a shrub outside the front door. We never thought they would dare to come that close .
