The end of the road

I had a little wander around Blakeney this afternoon.  Still fairly quiet but there are a few visitors around and with Easter coming early this year it will only get busier.  I took this view looking down one of the streets towards the harbour and marshes; at the highest tides all of the green area at the end, including the car park, can be under water and can look quite spectacular.  Some of the highest tides of the year are coming up on the 11th and 12th March so I may blip them then, although the very highest are in the evening around 7.30-8.00pm by which time it will probably be dark.

The decorator has finally finished the painting in the hall, stairs and landing.  Just one wall on each of the two staircases now to wallpaper which he should have done by Friday.  It'll be nice to get the house back to normal!
