I’m sure the weather forecast wasn’t for sunshine and blue sky. I was intending to garden in the morning and walk in the afternoon. I reversed them to enjoy a sunny walk.

Drove to White Moss and walked up through the wood and along Loughrigg Terrace which gives views to Grasmere. The path and lake were in the shade but I did like the light on the wall and tree.

I managed some gardening early in the afternoon but it turned cloudy and too cold to stay out.
