the boys are back in town

This, believe it or not, is the roof of a derelict building, adjacent to our back wall.  It's taken from an upstairs window.  The extra shows the view from downstairs.  

If you're interested, the building is what remains of a TV and radio repair shop, last active in the 1960s.  There are, apparently, still some old TVs inside.

We get a lot of birds nesting up here, including a family of ducks last summer.  But they need to be careful.  They're not the only ones who like this spot.  See this blip.
