Tiny Triplets

I know Tiny Tuesday is really associated with very tiny things, but seeing the new lambs up at Bryn y Maen above Colwyn Bay, I just can’t resist posting  this little family of triplets. I love the way these tiny newborns seem to wear their fleeces like oversize babygrows, all creased and wrinkled, waiting for them to grow into them. And those pink ears are just adorable!  

Other than that, the car saga continues. I think most fellow blippers have been in similar situations.  Previously, we’ve always decided when it’s been time to change a car, and so there’s been the excitement of a new car to take its place. This time it’s different as we would still have ‘my’ car - and having two cars really is an unnecessary extravagance, a legacy of pre-retirement days when it was necessary. But still we have the dilemma of selling the Passat for scrap, or paying for repairs and selling it as a viable motor - either immediately or in the near future. We’re hoping that the garage will keep it for the next few days as we have a mini-break in a country house hotel near Dolgellau - a belated birthday present for G.
