Mexico 2024

We arrived yesterday but nothing of great interest to photograph due to it being dark when we got to the hotel after 2 and half hours getting through immigration in a very badly run airport.

Today’s a new day and the chaos of the airport is forgotten with the beautiful scenery around the hotel.

We were up early because of jet lag so made the most and went for an early morning stroll around the grounds. The complex is massive they have golf buggy shuttles running if you don’t want to walk, however it is so nice it’s a shame not to walk in case you miss something!
There is a nature walk which connects the old part of the hotel to the new where we are staying. Apparently if you’re lucky you will see monkeys.

Todays picture if from an early morning stroll on the beach, the hotel has a pier where they do weddings, or private dining.

The rest of the day was spent having a lovely lunch followed by a sit by the pool and finishing the afternoon in our hot tub.

This evening we went for a lovely Thai meal, walking back we spotted a raccoon along the nature walk.
