Helvellyn

Extraordinarily good weather for the first day of Yoga and Walking in the Northern Lakes at Higham Hall.

Restorative yoga session this morning, wonderful lunch including rice pudding (with skin) and a new walk for me in the afternoon in Allerdale with Thirlmere on one side and Helvellyn on the other.

Deeply relaxing late afternoon yoga session, I think I might have connected with my inner consciousness. Or perhaps I was just sleepy after an excellent afternoon’s walk.
