So I'm back down in North Wales doing a tough two days of first aid for mental health and safeguarding training made far more tolerable by being in the good company of our latest volunteers here in Gwynedd.
I also spent the first night of the year in the van parked next to Lynn Dinas which of course made me question my plan to sell the van and get a car, sometimes sense has to rule heart.
