Thank you for all the appreciation shown to yesterday's collection. 
Llyn Dinas features again today - this is the view that greeted me when I opened the van door :-)
I thought about a swim, tested the waters - omg cold - but the idea had gotten hold by then, so step by freezing step I wandered in. I'd like to tell you I swam aways, but within 10m it was physically painful and I headed back to shore. Breakfast in a dry robe huddled next to the blown air heater with hot porridge.

Today was Safeguarding training for the volunteers, tough but vital. It's not a course much fun or activity can be added to, so we broke it up with some vitamin D therapy and lots of playing with R's rescued greyhound.
