Bit of an emotional morning at church for me.  Why is it that every time I steward there is a problem with the other stewards.  Today, one forgot and didn''t turn up..... and people started taking chairs from the back, which we've been told not to allow when there is space at the front but because another got involved, I couldn't stop it....

I didn't bother to stay for coffee as had had enough.  

Came home and got some lunch, then as its been a lovely afternoon, I've been out in my lovely peaceful garden and planted several seeds in the patch I dug the other week.  I even sat in a chair and read my kindle for a while for the first time this year, but in my coat :)

 (not so much at the front as they have been playing flippin', banging, echoing football there all afternoon (its my only view from the front room, so I'm indoors with the windows shut now!)  Its not very restful...I've put the radio on instead of sitting in the silence I enjoy.  

Think this will be how it is all through the flippin' holidays and weekends from now on :(:(  No idea why they can't just go to the park across the road, its not that far at all)

(sorry just having a bit of a day today after a really bad night's sleep when I was awake between around 2am (next door came in) and 5am).

Anyway, now its time to cook a quick dinner before the evening service...

Tonight is going to be really sad as its the final episode of Call the Midwife.  Could do with it being on all year round - it certainly beats the likes of Eastenders and Coronation Street :)

After that Death in Paradise, but I may keep that to watch at another time as I'm caught up on everything at the moment and wondering what to watch next??

Back to the grindstone on the job hunt tomorrow...
