The only one

The only photo I took today.

Mum and Dad's garden was full of birds today all looking for an easy meal in some miserable wet weather.

A family of young Blue tits ( probably from our nestbox - 4 of them ) and Great Tits sharing the feeder quite well - not too much fighting except between siblings. Coal tit parent also visiting and seem to have young in the next garden. One young Coal tit was standing at the back door and got a fright when we walked out. It almost went in the garage but was clever enough to know that was a bad idea - it fluttered about a bit and just as we were wondering if we should be trying to help it - it scuttled under a hedge in to the next house's garden to be greeted with some tweeting - "where have you been " would be the rough translation .
