#this was part of my kitchen team…2 more plus my B-I-L were also a great support.
I served Greek lemon Chicken….enough left over for Sunday lunch and a dinner for 2 for the freezer. Lots and lots of veggie pasta left over…that’s work lunches sorted out until summer!!!

We got home at 3..slept for an hour then back out to a charity do celebrating youth of Croydon and despite the media the police said hardly any crimes were committed by under 18s. We also had an inspiring talk from a young woman who spoke about the effects knife crime has on siblings after her brother was killed in 2017….I could definitely relate to this and had a lovely chat with her afterwards.
Glad to be home zzzzzzzzzzz
