Run

Dan returned to London today for a blind date, and Abi and I decided we'd try out the new chippy in Kirkby for dinner. (Actually the old chippy, but new owners.)

By way of preparation, I went out for a run, up 'round Casterton. It was a pleasant afternoon for a run, and I was surprised to find myself running with an energy I haven't enjoyed for some time. 

All this training with Hannah and Milly appears to be doing the trick!
