Made mash from 2kg of potatoes in the morning. It was only enough for half of the savoury mince though! JS arrived snd we went to lulu-b for coffee and a catch up . Called in at Morrisons on the way home for more foil trays. After lunch I peeled, boiled and mashed another 2 kg of potatoes, finally managing to finish all the cottage pies- 13 portions in total. Will keep a couple, give some to Dad and the rest to G and C. Knew foodbank would be busy tomorrow so went back to the supermarket to shop for the weekend, and then up to the Avenue to collect an Amazon parcel. Went to m and s at 9pm as usual for their donations, only to find the gates to their loading yard locked. Grr
