Joe Tree Day 2024

Thanks to Cailleach for reminding us that it's Joe Tree Day today. And thanks to Joe for his brilliant idea of starting Blip. What a wonderful place this is. My thanks to everyone who keeps it going. 

The tree is just outside my house. It's a magnificent old beech tree which is a delight at any time of year. It faces east as you can see - the sun is just starting  to lighten the sky at about 06:30. 

Never mind waiting for the equinox - as far as I'm concerned today marks the first day of spring. Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus to blippers in Wales or with Welsh connections and a happy weekend to everyone.
