Very busy day today

Very busy day today, the big event is Monday. It was manageable. 

Now it is evening. I tried to print some surveys for after the show but the printer, even with ink, won’t print text nicely. I ordered a new printer. 

10 years is impressive life and I’m sure it lasted a long time because most of those years I haven’t needed a printer at all. We have two people in this house who sometimes need to print. 

The war in Ukraine is a big deal. We’ve already lost the peace dividend. All the money countries were no longer spending on their military because they didn’t think it was still needed is gone. Defense spending has ramped up. 

If Russia wins, if anyone thinks Russia has won, then not only will Russia attack Ukraine again later to take the whole country like they tried two years ago, they will follow with an attack on Moldova. And then someone else. And eventually a NATO country. China will attack Taiwan. China will attack the next country it wants. It is extremely important that Russia not win. There are other wars. The other wars are horrible. This one has greater ramifications.

Macron suggested Western troops might go to Ukraine. Just remember this war would not stop with Ukraine. It might pause, but if Russia wins it will regroup and restart. 

Everyone wigged. Russia also wigged and immediately threatened us all. As he was threatening us all one of his missiles fell over. “A military vehicle carrying Russia's prized Pantsir-C1 air defense system appeared to overturn as it took a hard right on a road in Sochi, where one of Putin's lavish residences is located.”


Ukraine released a video showing a Russian soldier surrendering because of a drone. The drone dropped a note. The Russian ran, thinking it was going to explode. Then he came back. The note said, “if you want to live, follow the bird.” The drone led him to Ukrainian soldiers who accepted his surrender. 


Seoul-based news organization NK Pro says that military supply runs have stopped going from North Korea to Russia. They don’t know why. 
Ukraine said it shot down three more Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers today.
