The hole at the end of the road hasn’t seen a worker all day. 

Based on the telephone pole experience I’m not surprised.
 
The hole in my fireplace which occurred 11 December 2023 is finally finished. 
The like for like replacement needed some tweaks like a longer supply pipe, because after 20 years it wasn’t quite like for like.
