Grey … all day

Today was quite different to yesterday.  We didn’t see the sun all day and it felt really cold.  We had sanding and painting to do, but this afternoon we went out for a cycle ride.  It’s only two weeks until our cycle tour on the West Coast so we really need to get in as much cycling as possible. 

We had a restful evening and an early night.


We have our first autumn crocus in the garden (centre) and there are some beautiful poppies that came in the wild seed mix that got strewn on the garden with the help of the wind.
