A bit of a whirlwind of a day!

First up, I offered a massage to an acquaintance who has had a poorly knee for about a month. Now, I haven’t given a massage to a client since early March 2020, so I was a little nervous. I had forgotten how much prep needs to be done before someone comes for a massage, but thankfully I hadn’t forgotten the techniques. Phew! She left a happy woman with a pain-free knee. Long may it last!

Next up, I had arranged to meet a friend at The Cameo to see I Know Where I’m Going! I took longer with the massage than I had intended so I got a taxi to the cinema, having forgotten how slow Edinburgh traffic can be… Thankfully, the film was magnificent!

I then had a bit of free time to get the snacks I had agreed to bring to a party to celebrate a dear friend’s milestone birthday. What a marvellous party! It was just great to spend the evening with such a fabulous group of mighty women! We’ve vowed not to wait for another milestone birthday to get together. I am grateful to know these women.
