Scarborough South Bay

A trip to the east coast today. We parked near where the Holbeck Hall hotel collapsed after a land slip. Since then stabilisation of the Cliff has taken place. The main photo is a view across the South Bay to the castle and harbour.

A wander down along the coast to the Spa where the extras were taken. Enjoyed a walk back through the South Cliff gardens. After the Cliff stabilisation there has been work to restore a lot of the pavilions and gardens. Information boards have been added to explain the history of the area.
