Apples on Parade

Lauren, Elissa, and I went to Forever 21 during lunch today to try and find some mermaid-y outfits. None of us found anything unfortunately, but Elissa and I did get to go on another adventure.

Major League Baseball is hosting their all-star game at Citi Field, home to the New York Mets, this year. In celebration of that, MLB has posted 4-foot tall apple statues all over Manhattan for fans to find. We found our first one today and plan on going to find as many of the others as we can during our lunch breaks between now and July 16th (the date of the all-star game). We're going to have to start squeezing multiple in in order to get to as many as we can since there are only 11 work days until then. Be forewarned, I'm planning on blipping more of these bad boys.
