Entrance

One of the latter parts of the renovations which will start in a couple of weeks is having an ensuite attached to an expanded downstairs bedroom. S and daughter J have worked on all the plans and we went north to Warkworth this morning to check the tiles for the new bathroom floor, and then return with them. All ready for when they are needed.

Not sure what this building was used for before Middle Earth Tiles shifted here. Once they had an outlet in Grey Lynn (close to where we stayed when in the apartment), but the cost of that wasn't justified.

Interestingly, Richard told us that they import almost all their terra cotta tiles, and their focus is to colour them. They make some wonderful tiles.
