Poppy Leaves Her Post

 I woke up at 6:30 this morning, so I jumped out of bed and went to meet the sunrise. It was very nice, a little cool (51F), and I had several good models. I snapped quite a few pictures, then hurried back to ladies swim exercise class for the first time in 10 days. (My nurse wife Lisa didn't think it would be good for my knee.) There were 9 in the pool, including 3 men.

After class, we didn't do much. Lisa puzzled and I painted until dinner. We were invited by our neighbor two doors down to supper, where there were 8 of us for pasta. It was delicious and nice to meet 4 new people.
