Randy is Roosting and Trying to Rest

I almost made it out for the sunrise this morning, missing it by about 15 minutes, but, after it came up, I had quite a few posers.

The pelicans do like to roost, this guy being one of about 20. I my extras is a picture of 3 pelicans fighting for a fish. The funny thing is that I don't think that either of the three is going to be able to down the fish.

In my knee news, I did get a cortisone shot into it yesterday. The doctor didn't think it was bad enough to go in there and cut out the meniscus tear. I'll see him again in 4 weeks, and we'll go from there. The shot certainly made it feel better.
