About the girl …

… who is 23 years old today.

And it’s been a great day. She came over after a lovely breakfast sorted by WelshMan and opened presents from us that seemed to delight her. She also wanted to make a fuss of Cholmeley.

Then Dot.T, MightyMouse and I went by bus to Park Road lido which delighted her (and me) too. She loved the falling rain, the trees surrounding us and the mist in the air. Happiness abound.

Then out and back to Muswell Hill for hot chocolate and pastries and then we hit the charity shops - her passion. There are so many there. In about No.5 charity shop, WelshMan joined us and after visiting a couple more, we found a wonderful place for lunch. Lunch was perfect.

Then a couple more charity shops before Dot.T & Welshman headed back to fulfil other plans for the day.

MightyMouse and I tried a few more charity shops before heading home.

I had to rush out to do some posting and then walk Mabel in the dark - she must have been patiently crossing her legs :-)

A great day and a happy birthday girl.

I managed to spend £2.50 in the shops today, and that covered 2 items so that’s pretty self-controlled! :-)))
