Swan on the pond

A beautiful sunny morning but it was just a bit chilly. Fortunately I made it back to the car just as a hail shower started ..... didn't last too long but I was glad to be in the car and not walking in the park.

Crocuses look much sturdier than snowdrops but they are easily flattened and very quickly look quite bedraggled.

Days are definitely lengthening ...... it's half past five and it's still light enough not to need any lights on.
