Forth and Clyde Canal

Had a walk along the canal near the Falkirk Wheel. The vegetation is lushly green but there were no barges to add contrasting colour. However this swan appeared to rectify that and as I was taking pictures I noticed that he was obviously patrolling the water in protection of his mate sitting on a nest on the opposite bank.
Back home it was tennis time and Wimbledon gets more and more interesting. Murray going well but top seeds beware......ask Roger!
