Same again...

Another long, tiring day... 
Bonus of the show being cancelled is samples to drink (did I say that?). This lovely Southern Rhône was tonight's treat... 
Customer phoned up to say she'd received the wrong wine; meaning clearly another customer had her wine... I solved the issue (customer was lovely, offering to drive the wine to the correct customer if they were near enough!) and it was clear that Phil had made the error - which I was pleased about as he's been a bit subtly critical about a few things (I think partly because he feels a bit undermined by my siding with Mary about the profit-sharing thing - he's mentioned it every day, trying to explain how it's a crazy idea, in a slightly patronising way - and of course I have listened respectfully and then remained resolute in my disagreement!!).
Very wealthy customer sent message with picture of a £50 wine and the message "Aye up, Kev, can you get some more of this for me?" Annoyingly, it's a Shawbury wine.... I offered to give him a Shawbury rep's number but he said he wouldn't buy off them, and would wait till my next visit to Lincolnshire to taste the Wineomania wines... 
Enjoyed first two episodes of Fool Me Once on Netflix...
