Tippaw through the snowdrops

Sunday’s Coutryfile programme focussed on snowdrops. That triggered a reminder for e to visit Dalkeith cemetery which always has a good display.

After a morning’s paperwork it was good to get out. Unfortunately the sunny morning did not last and the promised departure of the lunchtime rain did not occur. So it was a somewhat damp and muddy visit.

At least I got the timing right as the displays were lovely, including the clumps of crocus in flower. The dog enjoyed running around. But ended a hose down once home.
