Tiny Tuesday - Mystery Object

This week's Tiny Tuesday theme is to show an object from your house or garden.
I have chosen this which is only 4inches in total length and one of the most useful tools in my craft room.
I will put a different view as an extra, this will give the game away, but unless you  have used one it may still be a mystery as to how it is used.
