Ooops! No Carrots

Still backblipping!

#1 Daughter and S-I-L had a lovely roast meal for us when we arrived in Sheffield. This is pork fillet wrapped in bacon with a delicious fruit sauce, potatoes, chips and cauliflower cheese. The roasted mixed root vegetables weren't  quite ready with the rest of the meal, but I had enough on my plate, more than enough.
