Pooring for barcode scanning at Juniors

14 children and 13 volunteers in the pooring rain at Junior parkrun this morning. The youngsters really enjoyed the event and did not seem to mind the rain at all. As it was warm, the rain didn't seem too bad for us volunteers  either. We brought along a rainbow of brollies and I caught up with A & C. I now have no voice, so good job I did not have to cheer the children on as Marshal. 

Spent the rest of the day resting and trying to shake off this cold. My book is nearly finished.
