Flying Visit

This Sunday started dull and dry, but soon it started raining again. To get a bit of exercise, I went to the gym. When I arrived there, a huge flock of cranes flew over, and I quickly snapped a few pictures with my phone. In the lower part of the main blip collage, you can see almost the entire flock. They weren’t flying in a single „V“, but in a kind of wiggly line. I guess they couldn’t agree on a leader.

Extra: The daffodils in our little front garden are almost out, already. I can’t remember them flowering this early, but it’s not really surprising. The weathermen and -women are telling us that, so far, this February has been too warm by an average of 7 degrees C.
