Pudim de Leite Condensado

So one of my favorite desserts is flan as it’s known in Mexico or the above title in Brasil. Today is my birthday and a friend of L’s Rosa who is Brazilian insisted on making one for me as L had let slip my predilection. I can assure you it is delicious! Anyway the day started well with Liverpool’s 4 - 1 victory to keep them top of the Premier League and then a visit to BG for a birthday cappuccino.
Had to laugh as someone from our church posted something online about an “elderly friend”. Who turned out to be a year younger than me!!
