Skyline

It is now three weeks, and all is sorted for the funeral so I am moving onto other things. There is just so much to do, although I’m pacing things.

So to the town centre this afternoon, to visit J’s bank. I parked in a multi-storey car park, and first of all walked up to the top to look at the views in various directions. Always interesting.

Looking west, on the horizon are the remaining four cooling towers of Fiddlers Ferry, whilst the Unilever plant dominates the skyline nearer in. They’re all set to go. Which is a shame, these industrial structures have a lot more character than the blandness which I know will replace them.
