Friday: More Seed Sowing

Drizzle during the morning but it’s fairly mild, temperature around 12°C. 

Prepared for seed sowing by adding water to the bag of very dry compost I’d bought the other day, then left it for a couple of hours to soak properly.

The small clear storage boxes I’m using this year are the perfect size for a dozen small plant pots. Seeds sown:
Tomatoes: Maskotka, Gardeners Delight, 2 different makes of Tumbling Tom, Costoluto di Parma, San Marzano 2, Ruby Falls, Raspberry Ox Heart, Graigella, and 3 varieties of Chilli.  

I’ve had very disappointing results from my tomatoes during the last few years, so I’m starting early this year in the hope of having something to eat at the end of summer …

Also reformatted my old iPhone - what a faff, lost count of the number of times I repeated steps … anyway think it’s ready for its new owner now :-)

Tried to do some family history but concentration is difficult and lots of conflicting information :-((
