15/2/2024 good news on the Radish front

completely knackered after Valentine's shenanigans - that shrine did its magic!

Radish had a vet visit for a blood test - the new vet we saw was wonderful, kind, and reassuring.  thank you Adrian.

his numbers were more than good. 
Adrian agrees that we can stop giving Rad his diabetic food - that he backs away from - in the same way he backs away from rain and go back to his Pooch & Mutt Senior (with added poached chicken, obvs.).
his weight has not gone down - it's exactly the same as last week.  this is good - but we hope he will put weight on when he's back to eating something he enjoys.

having had to visit every week since his diagnosis, now we have an appointment for a months time.  when we will have his thyroid tested.
but Adrian says that he thinks we may have hit the sweet spot.
he also said no dog ever died of Cushings - so that was a happy bit of news too.
