it's after 5 and we're still waiting for the engineer to fix the brand new cooker.  if it were an Aga i would call it The Aga Saga.

it's after 6 and the engineer has replaced the grill element with a brand new one - of course the previous one was brand new too - and the house fused.
he suggests that i ring Smeg and demand a 3rd new cooker while we're still within the 28 day statutory rights period.  i am losing the will to live!
