February Sunshine; Day Three

A lovely calm and sunny morning.  More cloudy in the afternoon, think I missed a couple of showers.  Calm and clear tonight. 

Up at 5am, a 12hr early shift in the airport.  After the morning check-in rush, I moved to meeting and boarding flights.  An afternoon on the check-in desk.  Popped by mam's on my way home.  Mam really is doing remarkably well, really getting her strength back quickly, but also needing to take it easy and plenty of rest.  Walkies with Sammy, early to bed again. 

A lovely morning to be outside working, calm and sunny.  It's been a great day at work, although not just that busy, typical numbers for mid February.  Every flight was in early today, and we managed to turn them around quickly, getting them out early too.  A day of happy staff, and a day of happy passengers, although some had to gulp their café treats.  A sunny Sumburgh Airport, Wilsness Terminal, Sumburgh.
