Red for Valentines Day

My second amaryllis which has flowered later than the other one I planted at the same time. Another cheap one from Lidl and it has white tips like the photo on the packet!

Another dismal drizzly day so I did not go for an early swim but later went to the gym and on the exercise bikes. Today for the first time using these gym bikes I used my watch to record my workout  … on the recumbent bike it was very difficult to raise my heartrate even with a high resistance..I had a much better workout on the upright bike even though it is not a spinning bike…and I could watch TV while doing it!

A bit more sorting out of photos ready to do a photobook of 2023… mostly of the grandchildren and a few of holiday locations etc.
Also going through old paperwork and putting some through the shredder.
