Inimitable Sarah!

A funny old morning, finding it hard to settle well to anything. I did work in the library but didn't feel I got anywhere, tried other tasks too, but equally felt a bit flounder-y. 
Had a strange situation to deal with on the phone too, a lady who's got serious mental health struggles and has come off her meds, and is under the impression I'll be paying for accommodation for her for the next few months! She's currently living in a squat in less than ideal conditions. So my phone was pinging a lot this morning with that situation. 
After school we drove to Sarah's (blipped) for her annual pancake bash... She'd made a stash of gluten free and dairy free ones just for Nate! Lovely to see people and to meet the woman who coordinates all the ecumenical stuff for Ibiza. We're hopefully doing something together soon, she's keen to put heads together. 
Caña Club tonight - a good old chinwag with people. Lots of questions about what a chaplain is, lots of talk about what I'm doing for Lent, lots of talk about lots of things!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Warmer weather.
2) Both kids being really chirpy when we collected them from school.
3) Sarah's hospitality, generosity and care.
