I had another session with my Physiotherapist this morning. My injured hamstring is gradually healing. Thank goodness and thank you Lyndie.
I spent the afternoon with friend Dawn helping her sort some email issues with a very helpful IT man.
It’s hard to believe it is a year since the devastating Cyclone Gabrielle struck New Zealand causing horrendous damage to large areas of the North Island. The ongoing effects are still causing hardship for many. Kia kaha.
