Seaweed in the air

Caught the high tide at dawn, and it was a wild one. Fun to watch the waves throwing seaweed high into the air! A few more in extras.

Yoga two days running and a lot of walking has worn me out! Had brunch with Friend I to fuel up, then popped in for a catch up with my gorgeous daughter.
